About
Your Facilitator
Meadow (she/her) describes herself as a mother/artist/being, with a calling to nurture and support others in finding their way back to their innate human creativity. As an expressive arts facilitator, her style is gentle, supportive, and quietly curious.
The Offerings
Sessions with Meadow will focus on encouraging spontaneous creation, allowing you to access self-expression and joy in a judgement free environment. Critiques are never made about the aesthetics or meaning of your art, and no background in art is required to participate in these offerings. Participants are invited to express their honest, raw thoughts and emotions in an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance, to whatever capacity feels safe and accessible at the time.
While Meadow has a clinical background, Studio Adar offerings are meant to be non-clinical and focus on your holistic sense of well-being and creativity. These offerings are not designed to replace mental health counseling.
